How we handle the personal information you give us when you book a table, write to us, or use this site.
We ask for as little as we need to hold your table and cook for you properly. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.
About this notice
This notice explains how Taglish Seafood Steakhouse (“Taglish”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information. We handle personal information in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.
What we collect
- Booking details, such as your name, contact details, the date and time of your visit and the size of your party.
- Dietary and allergy information you choose to tell us, so the kitchen can cook for you safely.
- Messages you send us, and the details you include in them.
- Payment information, which is processed by payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
- Basic technical information when you use this website, such as your browser type and the pages you visit.
Health-related information, including allergies, is sensitive personal information under Philippine law. We use it only to prepare your food safely and share it only with the team serving you.
How we use it
- To make, confirm and manage your reservation.
- To prepare food around allergies or dietary requirements.
- To respond to your enquiries.
- To process payments and keep the records the law requires.
- To keep our guests, team and restaurant safe, and to prevent fraud.
- To send you news about the restaurant, only if you have asked us to.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only when we need to, and only with:
- service providers who help us run the restaurant and this website, such as reservations, payments, email and hosting services, who may use it only on our instructions or under their own privacy policies where they provide a service to you directly;
- government authorities, when the law requires it.
Some service providers may process information outside the Philippines. Where they do, we take steps to make sure it remains protected.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or for as long as the law requires. After that, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

- be informed about how your personal information is processed;
- access your personal information;
- object to its processing;

We use reasonable organisational, physical and technical measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and we limit access to the people who need it.
